For men the dress code is Shirt & Trouser, Dhoti or Pyjamas with upper cloth.
For women the preferred dress code is saree or half-saree with blouse or chudidhar with pyjama and upper cloth.

History of Karmanghat Hanuman Temple
According to historical accounts and local legends, the temple was built during the reign of the Kakatiya dynasty, which ruled the region of present-day Telangana from the 12th to the 14th century.
The exact founding date of the temple is uncertain, but it is believed to be more than 800 years old.
The temple’s construction is attributed to a devout devotee of Lord Hanuman named Bhavaramba Bai. She was a pious woman known for her unwavering devotion to Lord Hanuman.
One night, Bhavaramba Bai had a divine vision in which Lord Hanuman appeared to her and instructed her to dig at a specific spot in Karmanghat. He assured her that she would find his idol buried there.
Following the divine instruction, Bhavaramba Bai started excavating the indicated spot. To her amazement, she unearthed a magnificent black granite idol of Lord Hanuman. Recognizing it as a sacred sign, she constructed a temple at the site and installed the idol in the sanctum sanctorum.
Over the centuries, the Karmanghat Hanuman Temple underwent several renovations and expansions to accommodate the growing number of devotees. The temple was patronized and maintained by various ruling dynasties that held sway over the region.
During the Kakatiya period, the temple gained prominence as a significant place of worship. It continued to flourish under the rule of subsequent dynasties, including the Qutb Shahi dynasty and the Nizams of Hyderabad.
